As for the peace, well, the only way you can get any peace in this land is by having 100 Sneak. and my Argonian did carry that robe for some time before she got another one that was better-suited for her, that being Redas`s Robe of Deeds (she`s no Redoran, thus problems with that are pretty much bound to happen).
